What discounts on Canopy Vet's products and services do the Pet Protect Membership Plan include?
The Pet Protect Basic Membership entitles you to a 5% discount on all of our products and services. The Pet Protect Premium Membership entitles you to a 10% discount on all of our products and services.
The discount applies to all products including medications dispensed or used in-house, diets (including prescription diets), parasite treatments and consumables.
The discount will also apply to all services, including additional consultations (outside what is already covered in each plan), dental scaling and polishing, spays and castrates, general surgeries and procedures, hospitalisation and medical boarding services.
How many pets can I enrol into the Pet Protect Membership Plans?
You may enrol as many pets as you want into the Pet Protect Membership Plans. To enjoy the benefits, each pet must be enrolled into a plan.
What types/species of pets do the Pet Protect plans cover?
Any pet species may enrol into our Pet Protect Membership plans, including dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs and hamsters. For pet species who do not require routine vaccinations (such as small furries), pet owners may opt for a 20% discount off the pet wellness package price.
Is there an enrolment or administrative fee?
There is a one-time enrolment fee of $18.20 for each pet enrolled into the Pet Protect Membership plans. There is no fee for subsequent renewals.
